  • 180 gsashimi yellowfin tuna
  • 150 gsushi rice cooked
  • 60 gedamame shelled
  • 80 gcucumber
  • 20 gpickled ginger
  • 20 mlsoy sauce
  • 5 mlsesame oil
  • 5 gsesame seeds
  • 2 wholenori sheets

Ingredients

  • 180 g sashimi yellowfin tuna
  • 150 g sushi rice cooked
  • 60 g edamame shelled
  • 80 g cucumber
  • 20 g pickled ginger
  • 20 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 5 g sesame seeds
  • 2 whole nori sheets

Instructions

  1. Cube tuna into 2cm pieces.
  2. Mix soy sauce and sesame oil for dressing.
  3. Toss tuna in dressing; let sit 5 min.
  4. Build bowl: rice base, tuna, edamame, cucumber, pickled ginger.
  5. Top with sesame seeds and crumbled nori.
