  • 4 wholehigh-protein tortillas (10-inch)
  • 681 gchicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 78 mlBBQ sauce (low-sugar)
  • 237 mlmozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 wholered onion, thin-sliced
  • 45 mlcilantro, chopped
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 1 mlgarlic powder

Ingredients

  • 4 whole high-protein tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 0.33 cup BBQ sauce (low-sugar)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 whole red onion, thin-sliced
  • 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tortillas on baking sheets.
  2. Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil and garlic powder.
  3. Mix chicken with BBQ sauce. Spread evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Top with red onion and mozzarella.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
  6. Finish with fresh cilantro. Slice and serve.
