Ingredients

  • 600 gchicken (whole or pieces)
  • 2 mediumcarrot
  • 2 piececelery stalks
  • 2 mediumpotato
  • 1 largeonion
  • 4 piecegarlic cloves
  • 80 gvermicelli noodles
  • 2 piecebay leaves
  • 6 gsalt
  • 20 gparsley
  • 10 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken (whole or pieces)
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 2 piece celery stalks
  • 2 medium potato
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 piece garlic cloves
  • 80 g vermicelli noodles
  • 2 piece bay leaves
  • 6 g salt
  • 20 g parsley
  • 10 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a large pot with onion, garlic, bay leaves, and 2 liters of water.
  2. Bring to boil and skim foam. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken, shred meat, discard bones and skin.
  4. Add carrot, potato, and celery to the broth. Cook 15 minutes.
  5. Add shredded chicken and noodles. Cook 5 more minutes. Season and garnish with parsley.
