- 1 cupspuffed rice (murmura)
- 1 smallonion, finely diced
- 1 smalltomato, finely diced
- 1 tbspraw mango, grated (or green apple)
- 1 cupsev (thin chickpea noodles)
- 1 tbsptamarind chutney
- 1 tbspgreen chutney
- 1 tspchaat masala
- 1 tbspcilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsplemon juice

- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 small tomato, finely diced
- 3 tbsp raw mango, grated (or green apple)
- 0.5 cup sev (thin chickpea noodles)
- 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine puffed rice, onion, tomato, and raw mango.
- Add tamarind chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, and lemon juice; toss quickly.
- Fold in sev and cilantro.
- Serve immediately in paper cones — bhel turns soggy if it sits.
- Optional: top with extra sev for crunch.
