- 200 gcrushed tomatoes
- 30 gblack olives
- 1 tbspcapers
- 50 mlwhite wine
- 2 unitgarlic cloves
- 1 sprigrosemary
- 1 tspolive oil
- 1salt and pepper

- 30 g black olives
- 1 tbsp capers
- 50 ml white wine
- 2 unit garlic cloves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Brown chicken thighs in olive oil 3 minutes per side. Remove.
- Sauté garlic in same pan. Add white wine and reduce 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, olives, capers, and rosemary. Return chicken. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
