- fajita seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 3 whole bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 whole white onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2.5 cup white rice, cooked
- 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole avocado (for serving)
Instructions
- Toss chicken strips with fajita seasoning and lime juice. Marinate 15 min if time allows.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 min until char marks appear.
- Add peppers and onions. Cook 4–5 min until softened with slight char.
- Mix rice with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
- Portion into 5 containers: cilantro rice, fajita chicken, and veggies.
- Add avocado slices just before eating.
