- 300 gpotatoes
- 350 gtomatoes
- 150 gonion
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 40 graisins
- 50 ggreen olives
- 2 unitsserrano chile
- 3 gcumin
- 20 mlvegetable oil

- 300 g potatoes
- 350 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 40 g raisins
- 50 g green olives
- 2 units serrano chile
- 3 g cumin
- 20 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Dice potatoes, boil until just tender, drain.
- Brown ground beef in oil, breaking it up, about 8 min.
- Add onion, garlic, serrano and cumin, cook 5 min.
- Add blended tomatoes, cook until sauce thickens.
- Stir in potatoes, raisins and olives, simmer 10 min.
- Serve as filling for tacos, chiles rellenos or alone with rice.
