Ingredients
- 600 gextra lean beef mince 5%
- 400 gpotatoes
- 300 gcauliflower
- 2 mediumcarrots
- 2 stickscelery
- 1 largeonion
- 300 mlbeef stock
- 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsptomato paste
- 50 mlskimmed milk
- 1 tbspolive oil
Ingredients
- 600 g extra lean beef mince 5%
- 400 g potatoes
- 300 g cauliflower
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 large onion
- 300 ml beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 50 ml skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven 190°C. Brown mince in a dry pan, drain fat.
- Add onion, carrots, celery to pan with oil. Cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire, stock. Simmer 20 minutes until thick.
- Boil potatoes and cauliflower until tender. Mash with milk and seasoning.
- Spoon mince into baking dish, top with mash. Fork the surface.
- Bake 25 minutes until golden. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
