- 100 g cold-smoked salmon
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 5 g lemon zest
- 5 g dill
- 20 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
Instructions
- Grate zucchini; squeeze out moisture with cloth.
- Mix with eggs, flour, and salt to make batter.
- Fry heaped tablespoons in oil 3 min per side until golden.
- Mix lemon zest into crème fraîche.
