- 15 mlolive oil
- 5 gsalt
- 3 gcumin
- 3 gpaprika
- 10 gparsley
Ingredients

- 1 medium onion
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium zucchini
- 15 ml olive oil
- 5 g salt
- 3 g cumin
- 3 g paprika
- 10 g parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a wide pan. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 8 minutes.
- Add diced carrot and zucchini. Cook 5 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice and beans.
