- 400 gfresh or frozen corn kernels
- 200 gshredded cooked chicken
- 100 mlcoconut milk
- 20 gbutter
- 40 gmozzarella cheese
- 5 gsalt
- 3 gpaprika
- 6 piececorn husks (soaked)
- 2 piecegarlic cloves
- 15 ggreen onion
Ingredients
- 400 g fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 200 g shredded cooked chicken
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 20 g butter
- 40 g mozzarella cheese
- 5 g salt
- 3 g paprika
- 6 piece corn husks (soaked)
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 15 g green onion
Instructions
- Blend corn kernels with coconut milk, butter, and salt until smooth.
- Season shredded chicken with garlic, paprika, and green onion.
- Lay out soaked corn husks. Spoon corn batter onto each, top with chicken and cheese.
- Fold husks over filling and tie with strips of husk.
- Steam for 35-40 minutes until set. Unwrap and serve hot.
