  • 170 gsirloin steak, thin-sliced
  • 4 wholeeggs
  • 3 wholebacon strips, cooked
  • 119 mlcheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 wholeavocado, sliced
  • 237 mlbaby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 23 mlbutter
  • 1 mlgarlic powder
  • 3 mlsalt and pepper
  • 5 mlhot sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 oz sirloin steak, thin-sliced
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 3 whole bacon strips, cooked
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 whole avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Season steak strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in 1 tbsp butter over high heat, 2–3 min. Rest.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in same pan with remaining butter until golden, 4–5 min.
  3. Scramble eggs to desired doneness in a separate pan.
  4. Build bowls: steak strips, scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, mushrooms.
  5. Top with cheddar (it will melt over the hot food), avocado, and hot sauce.
  6. Eat immediately.
