  • 80 grolled oats
  • 40 gSicilian almonds (whole)
  • 25 gvanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 sprigfresh rosemary
  • 0.5 tspcinnamon
  • 150 gGreek yogurt (for serving)

Ingredients

  • 40 g Sicilian almonds (whole)
  • 25 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g Greek yogurt (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, almonds, protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir in olive oil and honey.
  2. Scatter rosemary leaves over. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes, stirring once, until golden.
  3. Cool completely. Serve over Greek yogurt.
