Ingredients

  • 600 gchicken breast
  • 3 unitschipotle chiles in adobo
  • 400 gtomatoes
  • 200 gwhite onion
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 200 mlchicken broth
  • 3 gdried oregano
  • 25 mlvegetable oil
  • 8 unitstostadas
  • 80 mlMexican cream

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 3 units chipotle chiles in adobo
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 200 g white onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 3 g dried oregano
  • 25 ml vegetable oil
  • 8 units tostadas
  • 80 ml Mexican cream

Instructions

  1. Poach chicken, shred and reserve broth.
  2. Blend tomatoes, chipotles, garlic and broth until smooth.
  3. Sauté sliced onion in oil until soft.
  4. Pour sauce over onion, simmer 10 min.
  5. Add shredded chicken and oregano, cook 5 min.
  6. Serve on tostadas with cream and Cotija cheese.
