  • 20 gbutter
  • 60 mlchimichurri
  • 20 gpickled jalapeño
  • 5 gbrown sugar

  • 2 whole sourdough roll
  • 2 whole large onion
  • 20 g butter
  • 60 ml chimichurri
  • 20 g pickled jalapeño
  • 5 g brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Caramelise onions in butter with sugar over low heat 30 min.
  2. Grill chorizo 15 min until cooked through.
  3. Slice sourdough roll; grill cut-side down 1 min.
  4. Layer: chimichurri, chorizo, caramelised onion, pickled jalapeño.
  5. Serve immediately.
