- 150 gGreek yoghurt
- 100 gcucumber

- 5 g rosemary
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 20 ml olive oil
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 100 g cucumber
- 5 g dill
- 2 g sea salt
Instructions
- Pound rosemary and garlic into a paste with olive oil.
- Coat lamb cutlets and marinate 20 min.
- Grate cucumber; squeeze out excess water; mix with yoghurt, dill, and salt for tzatziki.
- Grill cutlets on high 3 min per side for medium.
- Serve with tzatziki.
