  • 150 gjasmine rice cooked
  • 15 gThai basil leaves
  • 2 wholeshallots
  • 25 mllime juice
  • 15 mlfish sauce
  • 10 gtoasted rice powder
  • 1 wholered chilli
  • 10 mlvegetable oil

Ingredients

  • 200 g pork mince
  • 150 g jasmine rice cooked
  • 15 g Thai basil leaves
  • 2 whole shallots
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml fish sauce
  • 10 g toasted rice powder
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • 10 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pork mince in oil over high heat until browned.
  2. Remove from heat; add lime juice and fish sauce.
  3. Add sliced shallots, chilli, and Thai basil.
  4. Stir in toasted rice powder for texture.
  5. Serve over jasmine rice.
