- 300 gdried black beans
- 250 glean pork tenderloin
- 150 gturkey kielbasa
- 100 gsmoked turkey sausage
- 1 largeonion
- 4 piecegarlic cloves
- 2 piecebay leaves
- 1 pieceorange
- 5 gsalt
- 3 gblack pepper
- 15 mlolive oil
Ingredients
- 300 g dried black beans
- 250 g lean pork tenderloin
- 150 g turkey kielbasa
- 100 g smoked turkey sausage
- 1 large onion
- 4 piece garlic cloves
- 2 piece bay leaves
- 1 piece orange
- 5 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
- 15 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Soak beans overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse.
- In a pressure cooker, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add pork, sausages, bay leaves, and beans. Cover with water.
- Pressure cook for 25 minutes or until beans are tender.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with orange slices.
