- 3 unitlarge bell peppers (mixed)
- 200 gground turkey
- 80 gfarro (cooked)
- 100 gcrushed tomatoes
- 20 gParmigiano Reggiano
- 1 unitgarlic clove
- 4 leavesfresh basil
- 1olive oil spray
- 1salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 3 unit large bell peppers (mixed)
- 200 g ground turkey
- 80 g farro (cooked)
- 100 g crushed tomatoes
- 20 g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 unit garlic clove
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- spray olive oil spray
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Halve and deseed peppers. Brown turkey with garlic.
- Mix turkey with farro, tomatoes, and basil. Season.
- Fill peppers, top with Parmigiano, spray with oil. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
