Ingredients
- 600 gbeef sirloin, diced
- 150 gbacon
- 1 unitred bell pepper
- 1 unitgreen bell pepper
- 1 unityellow bell pepper
- 200 gwhite onion
- 200 gOaxacan cheese
- 2 unitsserrano chiles
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 12 unitscorn tortillas
Ingredients
- 600 g beef sirloin, diced
- 150 g bacon
- 1 unit red bell pepper
- 1 unit green bell pepper
- 1 unit yellow bell pepper
- 200 g white onion
- 200 g Oaxacan cheese
- 2 units serrano chiles
- 3 cloves garlic
- 12 units corn tortillas
Instructions
- Dice bacon and fry until crispy, remove.
- In bacon fat sear diced beef until browned.
- Add sliced onion, peppers, serrano and garlic, stir-fry 5 min.
- Return bacon, stir to combine.
- Cover with shredded Oaxacan cheese, put lid on until melted.
- Serve directly from skillet with warm tortillas.
