Ingredients
- 400 gchicken breast
- 8 unitscorn tortillas
- 5 unitsguajillo chiles
- 300 gtomatoes
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 100 gonion
- 4 unitseggs
- 100 gOaxacan cheese
- 80 mlMexican cream
- 500 mlvegetable oil
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast
- 8 units corn tortillas
- 5 units guajillo chiles
- 300 g tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 g onion
- 4 units eggs
- 100 g Oaxacan cheese
- 80 ml Mexican cream
- 500 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut tortillas into triangles, fry until crispy in hot oil.
- Toast and soak guajillo chiles, blend with tomato, garlic and onion.
- Fry sauce in 2 tbsp oil until reduced.
- Boil and shred chicken.
- Add crispy tortilla chips to sauce, cook briefly until softened but not soggy.
- Add shredded chicken, top with fried egg, cream and cheese.
