- 600 gchicken breast
- 3 unitschipotle chiles in adobo
- 400 gtomatoes
- 200 gwhite onion
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 200 mlchicken broth
- 3 gdried oregano
- 25 mlvegetable oil
- 8 unitstostadas
- 80 mlMexican cream
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 3 units chipotle chiles in adobo
- 400 g tomatoes
- 200 g white onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 3 g dried oregano
- 25 ml vegetable oil
- 8 units tostadas
- 80 ml Mexican cream
Instructions
- Poach chicken, shred and reserve broth.
- Blend tomatoes, chipotles, garlic and broth until smooth.
- Sauté sliced onion in oil until soft.
- Pour sauce over onion, simmer 10 min.
- Add shredded chicken and oregano, cook 5 min.
- Serve on tostadas with cream and Cotija cheese.
