Ingredients
- 500 gchicken thighs boneless
- 1 tspcumin
- 1 tspsmoked paprika
- 0.3 tspcinnamon
- 3 piecesgarlic cloves
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 largepittas
- 80 gGreek yoghurt
- 60 gpickled red cabbage
- 1 mediumtomato
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken thighs boneless
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 3 pieces garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large pittas
- 80 g Greek yoghurt
- 60 g pickled red cabbage
- 1 medium tomato
Instructions
- Mix spices, 2 garlic cloves (crushed), half the lemon and 1 tbsp oil. Marinate chicken 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a hot griddle 6 minutes each side until charred.
- Mix yoghurt with remaining garlic and lemon for sauce.
- Rest and slice chicken.
- Warm pittas, fill with chicken, garlic sauce, pickled cabbage and tomato.
