  • 4 rasherslean back bacon
  • 4 piecesturkey sausages
  • 4 wholelarge eggs
  • 200 gbaked beans
  • 150 gcherry tomatoes
  • 100 gbutton mushrooms
  • 2 sliceswholegrain toast
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Ingredients

  • 4 rashers lean back bacon
  • 4 pieces turkey sausages
  • 4 whole large eggs
  • 200 g baked beans
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g button mushrooms
  • 2 slices wholegrain toast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to high. Grill bacon and turkey sausages for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
  2. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms until golden, 5 minutes.
  3. Halve tomatoes and grill alongside the meat for 5 minutes.
  4. Warm baked beans in a small saucepan.
  5. Poach eggs in simmering salted water for 3 minutes.
  6. Toast bread, assemble all components on a warm plate and serve immediately.
