- 4 wholeeggs
- 1 wholewhite onion
- 60 mlsunflower oil
- 2 gsea salt
- 1 gblack pepper
- 5 gparsley
Ingredients
- 3 whole potatoes
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 whole white onion
- 60 ml sunflower oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 1 g black pepper
- 5 g parsley
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly; fry in oil over medium heat 15 min until tender.
- Sauté onion separately until soft.
- Combine potatoes and onion; drain excess oil.
- Beat eggs with salt; pour over potato mixture.
- Cook on low 8 min; flip onto plate; slide back into pan 5 min.
- Garnish with parsley.
