Ingredients

  • 200 gbeef sirloin thin-sliced
  • 150 gbok choy
  • 15 gfresh ginger
  • 2 wholegarlic cloves
  • 30 mlhoisin sauce
  • 15 mlsoy sauce
  • 5 mlsesame oil
  • 15 mlvegetable oil
  • 150 gsteamed jasmine rice

Ingredients

  • 200 g beef sirloin thin-sliced
  • 150 g bok choy
  • 15 g fresh ginger
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 30 ml hoisin sauce
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 150 g steamed jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. Heat wok to very high heat with oil.
  2. Stir-fry beef in batches 1–2 min; remove.
  3. Stir-fry garlic and ginger 30 sec.
  4. Add bok choy; stir-fry 2 min.
  5. Return beef; add hoisin and soy sauce.
  6. Finish with sesame oil; serve over rice.
