Ingredients

  • 300 gfirm tofu pressed
  • 100 gbroccolini
  • 100 gbok choy
  • 80 gsnap peas
  • 30 mloyster sauce
  • 15 mlsoy sauce
  • 5 mlsesame oil
  • 2 wholegarlic cloves
  • 8 gfresh ginger
  • 15 mlvegetable oil

Ingredients

  • 300 g firm tofu pressed
  • 100 g broccolini
  • 100 g bok choy
  • 80 g snap peas
  • 30 ml oyster sauce
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 8 g fresh ginger
  • 15 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cube tofu; pan-fry in oil 5 min per side until golden.
  2. Remove tofu; add garlic and ginger to wok.
  3. Add broccolini and snap peas; stir-fry 3 min.
  4. Add bok choy; stir 2 min.
  5. Return tofu; add oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  6. Finish with sesame oil.
