Ingredients

  • 6 wholeegg whites
  • 60 gbaby spinach
  • 80 gcherry tomatoes
  • 50 gfeta cheese
  • 0.5 wholered onion
  • 10 mlolive oil
  • 2 gsea salt
  • 1 gblack pepper

  • 60 g baby spinach
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 0.5 whole red onion
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 2 g sea salt
  • 1 g black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Sauté onion in olive oil 3 min; add spinach until wilted.
  3. Add halved tomatoes.
  4. Pour egg whites over vegetables; crumble feta on top.
  5. Bake 15 min until set.
  6. Rest 2 min and slice.
