- 4 g wattleseed powder
- 1 whole brown onion
- 40 g Swiss cheese
- 50 g roasted red capsicum
- 1 whole brioche bun
- 10 g butter
- 2 g sea salt
Instructions
- Mix beef mince with wattleseed and salt; form into patty.
- Caramelise onion in butter over low heat 25 min.
- Grill patty on high 4 min per side; melt cheese last minute.
- Toast brioche bun.
- Build: bun base, capsicum, patty, onion jam, bun top.
