- 4 wholehigh-protein tortillas (10-inch)
- 681 gchicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 78 mlBBQ sauce (low-sugar)
- 237 mlmozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 wholered onion, thin-sliced
- 45 mlcilantro, chopped
- 15 mlolive oil
- 1 mlgarlic powder
Ingredients
- 4 whole high-protein tortillas (10-inch)
- 1.5 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 0.33 cup BBQ sauce (low-sugar)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 whole red onion, thin-sliced
- 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tortillas on baking sheets.
- Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil and garlic powder.
- Mix chicken with BBQ sauce. Spread evenly over each tortilla.
- Top with red onion and mozzarella.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
- Finish with fresh cilantro. Slice and serve.
