Ingredients

  • 800 gchicken pieces
  • 300 glong-grain white rice
  • 300 gtomatoes
  • 150 gonion
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 600 mlchicken broth
  • 100 gfrozen peas
  • 2 unitscarrots
  • 3 gcumin
  • 40 mlvegetable oil

Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken pieces
  • 300 g long-grain white rice
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 150 g onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 600 ml chicken broth
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 2 units carrots
  • 3 g cumin
  • 40 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken pieces in oil on all sides, remove.
  2. Toast rice in the same oil until golden.
  3. Blend tomato, onion and garlic; add to rice, stir.
  4. Pour in broth, add chicken, diced carrots and cumin.
  5. Bring to boil, cover and simmer on low 20 min.
  6. Add peas, cover and rest 5 min off heat.
  7. Fluff and serve.
