- 300 gsalted cod (desalted and flaked)
- 300 gpotato (mashed)
- 2 pieceeggs
- 50 gonion (grated)
- 2 piecegarlic cloves
- 20 gparsley
- 3 gblack pepper
- 500 mlvegetable oil (for frying)
- 3 gsalt

- 300 g salted cod (desalted and flaked)
- 300 g potato (mashed)
- 2 piece eggs
- 50 g onion (grated)
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 20 g parsley
- 3 g black pepper
- 500 ml vegetable oil (for frying)
- 3 g salt
Instructions
- Soak salted cod in cold water 24-48 hours, changing water every 8 hours.
- Boil cod and potatoes separately. Drain, mash potatoes, and flake cod.
- Combine cod, mashed potato, eggs, grated onion, garlic, parsley, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape into oval croquettes with two wet spoons.
- Fry in hot oil at 180°C until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Drain and serve.
