- 60 g passion fruit pulp
- 10 g butter
- 2 g salt
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan with butter over medium-low heat.
- Pour small rounds of batter and cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook 1 minute.
- Stack pancakes.
