  • 400 glean ground beef
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 3 piecegarlic cloves
  • 2 mediumtomatoes
  • 1 mediumcarrot
  • 1 mediumzucchini
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 5 gsalt
  • 3 gcumin
  • 3 gpaprika
  • 10 gparsley

Ingredients

  • 400 g lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 piece garlic cloves
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g cumin
  • 3 g paprika
  • 10 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a wide pan. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add diced carrot and zucchini. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice and beans.
