Ingredients
- 400 gchicken breast (cubed)
- 2 piecebell pepper (red and yellow)
- 1 mediumonion
- 30 groasted peanuts
- 30 mlsoy sauce
- 20 mlhoney
- 15 mlapple cider vinegar
- 2 piecegarlic cloves
- 10 gcornstarch
- 5 mlsesame oil
- 15 mlolive oil
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast (cubed)
- 2 piece bell pepper (red and yellow)
- 1 medium onion
- 30 g roasted peanuts
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 20 ml honey
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 10 g cornstarch
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 15 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Toss chicken cubes in cornstarch and soy sauce. Let sit 10 minutes.
- Stir-fry chicken in olive oil over high heat until golden, 5-6 minutes. Remove.
- Sauté onion and peppers in the same pan for 3 minutes.
- Mix honey, vinegar, remaining soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over vegetables.
- Return chicken to pan, add peanuts, and toss everything together. Serve with white rice.
