Ingredients
- 400 gpinto beans (cooked)
- 200 glinguiça sausage
- 1 mediumonion
- 3 piecegarlic cloves
- 2 mediumtomatoes
- 15 mlolive oil
- 1 piecebay leaf
- 4 gsalt
- 3 gblack pepper
- 10 gparsley
Ingredients
- 400 g pinto beans (cooked)
- 200 g linguiça sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 piece bay leaf
- 4 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
- 10 g parsley
Instructions
- Slice sausage into rounds and brown in olive oil over medium heat, 5 minutes. Remove.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan until soft.
- Add tomatoes and cook 3 minutes. Add beans with their liquid and bay leaf.
- Return sausage to pan. Simmer 15 minutes until flavors meld.
- Season, garnish with parsley, and serve with rice.
