Ingredients
- 90 gtapioca flour (hydrated)
- 200 glean ground beef
- 50 gbell pepper (green)
- 50 gonion
- 2 piecegarlic cloves
- 40 gmozzarella cheese
- 3 gcumin
- 3 gpaprika
- 4 gsalt
- 10 mlolive oil
Ingredients
- 90 g tapioca flour (hydrated)
- 200 g lean ground beef
- 50 g bell pepper (green)
- 50 g onion
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 40 g mozzarella cheese
- 3 g cumin
- 3 g paprika
- 4 g salt
- 10 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, bell pepper, cumin, paprika, and salt in olive oil, 8-10 minutes.
- Spread hydrated tapioca in a dry nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Cook tapioca 2 minutes until firm and white. Flip for 30 seconds.
- Add beef filling on one half, top with mozzarella cheese.
- Fold, press gently, and serve hot.
