- 150 gonion
- 3 clovesgarlic

- 200 mlMexican cream

- 600 g ground beef
- 400 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g almonds
- 100 g walnuts
- 200 ml Mexican cream
- 3 units eggs
- 50 g flour
Instructions
- Roast poblanos directly on flame, sweat in bag 10 min, peel and make slit to remove seeds.
- Brown beef with onion, garlic, tomato, raisins and almonds.
- Stuff chiles carefully with meat filling.
- Beat egg whites stiff, fold in yolks and flour.
- Dip stuffed chiles in batter, fry until golden.
- Blend walnuts with cream and salt for nogada sauce.
- Serve chiles topped with nogada sauce.
