  • 150 gGreek yogurt 0%
  • 100 mlmilk (1%)
  • 20 gvanilla protein powder
  • 1.5 unitgelatin sheets
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 100 gfresh raspberries
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Ingredients

  • 150 g Greek yogurt 0%
  • 100 ml milk (1%)
  • 20 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1.5 unit gelatin sheets
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatin. Heat milk with honey. Add softened gelatin, stir until dissolved.
  2. Blend with yogurt and protein powder. Pour into molds. Chill 3 hours.
  3. Blend raspberries with lemon for coulis. Unmold panna cotta and spoon coulis over.
