- 200 gcrushed tomatoes
- 2 unitgarlic cloves
- 1 tspdried oregano
- 0.5 tspchili flakes
- 2 tbspfresh parsley
- 1 tspolive oil
- 1salt and pepper

- 2 unit garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Sear pork chops in oil 3 minutes per side. Remove.
- Sauté garlic. Add tomatoes, oregano, and chili. Cook 5 minutes.
- Return pork, cook in sauce 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
