  • 200 gcrushed tomatoes
  • 2 unitgarlic cloves
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 0.5 tspchili flakes
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sear pork chops in oil 3 minutes per side. Remove.
  2. Sauté garlic. Add tomatoes, oregano, and chili. Cook 5 minutes.
  3. Return pork, cook in sauce 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
