Ingredients

  • 3 unitlarge bell peppers (mixed)
  • 200 gground turkey
  • 80 gfarro (cooked)
  • 100 gcrushed tomatoes
  • 20 gParmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 unitgarlic clove
  • 4 leavesfresh basil
  • 1olive oil spray
  • 1salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 3 unit large bell peppers (mixed)
  • 200 g ground turkey
  • 80 g farro (cooked)
  • 100 g crushed tomatoes
  • 20 g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 unit garlic clove
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • spray olive oil spray
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve and deseed peppers. Brown turkey with garlic.
  2. Mix turkey with farro, tomatoes, and basil. Season.
  3. Fill peppers, top with Parmigiano, spray with oil. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
