Ingredients
- 80 ghigh-protein pasta (or lentil pasta)
- 120 gtuna in olive oil
- 150 gcherry tomatoes
- 1 tbspcapers
- 20 gblack olives
- 2 unitgarlic cloves
- 2 tbspfresh parsley
- 1 tspolive oil
- 0.5 tspchili flakes
Ingredients
- 80 g high-protein pasta (or lentil pasta)
- 120 g tuna in olive oil
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp capers
- 20 g black olives
- 2 unit garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente per package. Reserve 60ml pasta water.
- Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil. Add halved tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
- Add tuna, capers, olives, and pasta. Toss with pasta water. Finish with parsley.
