- 80 gstrawberries
- 80 gblueberries
- 40 glow-sugar granola
- 2 tsphoney
- 0.5 tspvanilla extract
- 1fresh mint

- 250 g cottage cheese low-fat
- 80 g strawberries
- 80 g blueberries
- 40 g low-sugar granola
- 2 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- few leaves fresh mint
Instructions
- Stir vanilla extract into cottage cheese.
- Layer cottage cheese, granola and mixed berries in 2 glasses.
- Repeat layers, finishing with berries on top.
- Drizzle honey and add a mint leaf to each.
- Serve chilled.
