Ingredients

  • 300 gfresh tuna steak
  • 3 wholeeggs
  • 150 gFrench beans
  • 100 gcherry tomatoes
  • 50 gblack olives
  • 2 headsgem lettuce
  • 1 tspDijon mustard
  • 2 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspcapers
  • 1salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 300 g fresh tuna steak
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 150 g French beans
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g black olives
  • 2 heads gem lettuce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs 7 minutes, cool and halve. Blanch beans 3 minutes.
  2. Whisk mustard, vinegar and oil for dressing.
  3. Season tuna, sear in hot pan 90 seconds each side. Rest, slice thick.
  4. Arrange lettuce, beans, tomatoes, olives and eggs on plates.
  5. Top with tuna slices, capers and dressing.
