- 20 mlred wine vinegar
- 20 mlolive oil
- 10 gparsley
- 2 gcoarse salt
- 3 gpaprika

- 1 whole white onion diced
- 0.5 whole red capsicum diced
- 20 ml red wine vinegar
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 g parsley
- 2 g coarse salt
- 3 g paprika
Instructions
- Season drumsticks with salt and paprika.
- Grill over medium heat 25–30 min turning every 5 min.
- Mix diced tomatoes, onion, capsicum, parsley, vinegar, and oil for salsa criolla.
- Rest chicken 5 min.
