- 100 gchorizo sliced

- 200 gcanned tomatoes

- 1000 mlbeef stock

- 2 whole carrots diced
- 1 whole white onion
- 200 g canned tomatoes
- 3 g cumin
- 3 g paprika
- 1000 ml beef stock
Instructions
- Brown chorizo; remove excess fat.
- Sauté onion until soft.
- Add cumin and paprika; stir 1 min.
- Add lentils, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and stock.
- Simmer 30–35 min until lentils are tender.
- Season to taste; serve with crusty bread.
