Ingredients

  • 300 gdried black beans
  • 250 glean pork tenderloin
  • 150 gturkey kielbasa
  • 100 gsmoked turkey sausage
  • 1 largeonion
  • 4 piecegarlic cloves
  • 2 piecebay leaves
  • 1 pieceorange
  • 5 gsalt
  • 3 gblack pepper
  • 15 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 300 g dried black beans
  • 250 g lean pork tenderloin
  • 150 g turkey kielbasa
  • 100 g smoked turkey sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 piece garlic cloves
  • 2 piece bay leaves
  • 1 piece orange
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 15 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak beans overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add pork, sausages, bay leaves, and beans. Cover with water.
  4. Pressure cook for 25 minutes or until beans are tender.
  5. Adjust seasoning and serve with orange slices.
