Ingredients

  • 400 gchicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 piecebell pepper (red and yellow)
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 30 groasted peanuts
  • 30 mlsoy sauce
  • 20 mlhoney
  • 15 mlapple cider vinegar
  • 2 piecegarlic cloves
  • 10 gcornstarch
  • 5 mlsesame oil
  • 15 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 2 piece bell pepper (red and yellow)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 30 g roasted peanuts
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 20 ml honey
  • 15 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 2 piece garlic cloves
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 15 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken cubes in cornstarch and soy sauce. Let sit 10 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in olive oil over high heat until golden, 5-6 minutes. Remove.
  3. Sauté onion and peppers in the same pan for 3 minutes.
  4. Mix honey, vinegar, remaining soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over vegetables.
  5. Return chicken to pan, add peanuts, and toss everything together. Serve with white rice.
