- 1 purishollow puris (papdi)
- 1 smallpotatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cupplain yogurt, whisked
- 1 tbsptamarind chutney
- 1 tbspgreen chutney
- 1 tspchaat masala
- 1 tspcumin powder
- 1 cupsev
- 1 tbsppomegranate seeds
- 1 tspsalt

- 20 puris hollow puris (papdi)
- 2 small potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup plain yogurt, whisked
- 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 0.25 cup sev
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix mashed potato with a pinch of salt and chaat masala.
- Gently crack a hole in the top of each puri; fill with a small spoonful of potato.
- Add a dollop of whisked yogurt into each puri.
- Drizzle tamarind and green chutneys over.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, sev, and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve immediately — eat in one bite for the full flavor burst.
