Ingredients
- 1 gpaneer, cubed
- 1 mediumonion, chopped
- 1 mediumtomatoes, chopped
- 1 wholecashews
- 1 tbspgarlic-ginger paste
- 1 tbspcream
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 1 tspkasuri methi
- 1 tspred chili powder
- 1 tspsalt
Ingredients
- 400 g paneer, cubed
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 12 whole cashews
- 2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
- 4 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Simmer onion, tomato, and cashews in 0.5 cup water 10 minutes; cool and blend to smooth paste.
- Heat butter in a pan; add garlic-ginger paste and cook 2 minutes.
- Add blended paste and cook until oil separates, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in all spice powders and salt; cook 2 minutes.
- Add cream and half cup water; bring to simmer.
- Add paneer cubes; cook gently 5 minutes. Crush kasuri methi and stir in.
- Garnish with cream swirl and serve with butter naan.
